Claim Solutions LLC ("we") operates three services: this website (claimsolutions.ai), Claims Agent Suite at app.claimsolutions.ai, and Claims School at training.claimsolutions.ai. This policy explains what each one collects and why.
This website
Most of this site is read-only. It sets no cookies of its own, and it runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.
We collect information only when you submit one of our two contact forms:
- What you type: your name, work email, company, and role, plus any optional details you add, such as phone number, monthly file volume, team size, and notes.
- What your browser sends: your IP address and browser type, kept with the submission to help us spot automated spam.
We use this only to reply to your inquiry and set up a pilot or training. Submissions are stored in a Google Cloud Firestore database used for nothing else. A copy is emailed to our team through Resend.
The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, which keeps standard web server logs, such as IP addresses and requested pages, under Google's own policies.
Claims Agent Suite and Claims School
Both apps are business tools that we provide to insurance carriers under a customer agreement. Access is by invitation only. Accounts are created for a customer's staff, and sign-in uses Google Firebase Authentication. Inside the apps, we act on the customer's behalf. The customer decides what information goes in, and its agreement with us governs that information alongside this policy.
Account information. We keep each user's name, email address, organization, and role so we can control access and show who did what.
Claims Agent Suite processes the claim files and case evidence that users upload or type, and the work product it produces from them. To do that, it uses these services:
- Google Cloud: hosting, databases, and file storage, plus Gemini models on Vertex AI to analyze case material and draft work product.
- LangSmith, by LangChain: records each AI step so we can monitor quality and fix errors.
- TypeSafe: runs specific AI checks within a case.
- Google Maps Platform and Visual Crossing: look up locations and historical weather for a loss.
- Resend: sends account and report emails.
Claims School keeps each trainee's progress, answers, scores, and conversations with the training assistant, so trainees and their administrators can see how they are doing. It runs on Google Cloud, uses Gemini models on Vertex AI for grading and the training assistant, and sends email through Resend.
What we don't do
- We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
- We do not use a customer's data to serve any other customer.
Retention and your choices
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as we are in contact with you or your company. We keep app data for the length of the customer agreement, or as that agreement specifies. To see, correct, or delete information about you, email info@claimsolutions.ai. If your employer gave you app access, we may forward your request to them, since they control that data.
Security
All three services are served over HTTPS only. App data is encrypted at rest by Google Cloud, and every app request requires a verified, signed-in account. To report a security issue, see our security.txt or email info@claimsolutions.ai.
Children
These services are for business users and are not directed to children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. Significant changes that affect app customers will also be sent to them directly. See also our terms of use.
